| These railcars could lease for $3,000 to $5,000 per month. Their capacity for passengers was around 160, but could probably sleep at least half that number with bunk beds. They could be equipped with bunk beds or office furniture. It may be possible to integrate these cars with Amtrak certified railcars at the depot.

| They could be parked on industrial spurs near work areas or even craned from the tracks. The big issue with these cars is they need the special power connection. All electrical and HVAC systems are operational. They require 480 volt three-phase power. |  |

| A number of AMTRAK compliant cars are also available for lease. They include business class cars, sleepers, diners, and baggage cars. Amtrak Charter cars will go at a higher rate. |
