Railcar storage and retail opportunities on the San Diego bayfront A track lease between San Diego & Midwestern Railway Partners LLC and San Diego Imperial Valley Railroad has been approved for portions of the Coronado Beltline south of F Street in Chula Vista, California. The current plan is to provide passenger railcar storage and potential retail opportunities on some of those railcars.
